European Macaron Field Study

Traditional European bakers were the inspiration behind the felt macaron kits that we carry. These beautiful macarons are in bakeries all across Europe, in many yummy flavors and colors. I recently found myself in France and Belgium, and these are just a few of the cute macarons and gorgeous store window displays that I spied.

Now we know why the French call window shopping “window licking”.
